Dive report for 5/9/26

A snowy 15 feet, 5-10 feet in the shallows (high tide)
Took the boat out to get it ready for the summer. Figured that we might as well dive also. Viz was substantially better than across the sound at Redondo. Cod, Cabezon, Rock Fish, Kelp Greenling, Painted Greenling, Grunt Sculpin and Striped Perch. Up in the shallows we found a Shaggy and what I think was a Lion Nuddie. After the dive we were greeted by 3 boats that had moved in for fishing.

A hazy 15-20 feet, <5 feet in the shallows (incoming tide)
What a pleasure. Water was horrible up top but it cleared up big at 40 fsw. Same critters as the last but each time we're here I am reminder why I love this site. The best part was seeing my daughter's skills improve so much. What a beautiful day too!! Too bad only topside pic.
