A hazy 10 feet, 15-20 feet in the shallows
Clear and warm until 35 ffw, then the halocline. Past 100 ffw the viz deteriorates. Some very large fish, large crawdad…and found someone’s iPhone and…someone’s scuba tank valve knob??

A silty <5 feet
We saw silt - legitimately the worst viz I’ve seen in the Lake. Less than arm’s reach. Attempted to find the line for the Scout, but couldn’t locate it.

A silty 5-10 feet
Attempted to find the PB4Y, failed. Over portions of rocky bottom, visibility improved to the 15ft range. But most of Lake Washington is silty bottom, where the visibility was often closer to 5ft.

A clear 20+ feet
Bomber -- excellent viz, easily 20+, maybe 30 in places. With 5 divers in the team, we were able to light up enough of the wreck all at once to really get a sense of it. Pretty darn magical, if you ask me. :)
