Nice visibility throughout the water column. Water hasn't cooled much yet. interesting thing of the day was a porpoise head in the shallows to the north of Salty's getting munched on by a group of red rock crabs.

Great crowd at Redondo last night! Many did a sea star relocation dive given the upcoming pier replacement. Sounded like was like a success with over 100 sea stars moved! I gave a tour of the south side of Redondo to Caleb. Lots of bay pipefish were seen. Several octos, baby grunt, lots of gunnels, roughtbacks, and sailfin sea ravens. We looked for lumpies in the shallows but only saw one. Seems like a dry year for them. A juvie cragon shrimp was seen, which was cool to see. Plainfin midsipmen.
