A snowy 40+ feet, 10-15 feet in the shallows (high tide)
Excellent vis (easily 10+ meters) below a somewhat stringy mucky surface layer that extended down to ~13msw.
We did both right (Fisher Island) and left walls, and saw four puget sound king crabs, two longfin gunnels, multiple lingcod on eggs, tons of YOY rockfish, and two epic leafy hornmouth mating/egg-laying piles.
Tons of sea stars - spiny red stars, rose stars, cushion stars, pink short-spined stars, vermillion stars, and the regular ochre and leather stars. Also a few dozen baby sunflower stars, all goofy-looking with unequal length legs.
