Dallas Banks is a boat dive in the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Two pnwdiving reports in 2023 and 2026 recorded 15–20 ft of visibility.

Reef Check Surveys at Dallas Banks on the NW side of Protection Island - site is less than 25 feet but clear water following a calm morning, persisting throughout early afternoon 15kt wind, 1-2ft windwave chop/swell. DENSE undestory kelp, invertebrates present but not without effectively swimming in/under the understory layer while counting. Insightful for seeing how conditions around the Miller peninsula/PT behave when wind increases.
