Vis sucked. On second dive, there was a stiff current at 95' as well that popped out of no where. Surface had a light wind current as well. But, got to enjoy sea pens, Tritonia festivia, Ohdners' dorids, and Armina californicas all around the sea pens.
A chunky 10-15 feet, 10 feet in the shallows (outgoing tide)
eel grass bed is nice on the way out to the slope full of large orange sea pens. Many large Trionia festivia and Armina claifornicas out there hanging around the sea pens. We found one horned shrimp out there as well. and... on the way back into the eel grass, I found a Fernald's aeolid! This was a new to me nudi... so you can imagine how excited that made me!! Also , we had a Dendronotus sp. swimming in the water column. It was small- 1cm or so- so I'm 90% confident it was a dalli, but may have been an albus...
Vis wasn't ideal, but dive was excellent!
