James Island (North Side) is a north-facing boat dive in the San Juan Islands. Typically, visibility here is about 13 ft (range 10โ15 ft), based on 4 pnwdiving reports from 2021 through 2024.

Great boat dive with Bandito. Hundreds of Puget Sound rockfish and many different dendronotid and dorid nudis. Also saw juvenile painted greenlings and longfin gunnels.
