Maury Island Gravel barges is a wreck dive in South Puget Sound. Typically, visibility here is about 11 ft (range 10–35 ft), based on 4 pnwdiving reports from 2025 through 2026.

- A clear 30+ feet, 15-20 feet in the shallows
REEF survey 1 for the day on Bandito Charters (thanks, Bandito!). Even better vis than dive 2 at Sunrise. 50-52F.
Not a particularly fishy day for this site (no offense intended, Rock Soles). Much as at other Puget Sound sites right now, the Brown Rockfish could be hugely gravid.

Decaying structure... These are getting enveloped into the silt and sludge. They are little more than the I-Beams on the SE side of Cove 2. Perhaps less pronounced. I did however create a lasting bond with a small kelp greenling who followed us for a few feet. I wonder if it will remember us next year, because we won't be back in this one. Wish we had crossed this one off earlier in the year during better vis...
