Zero visibility! Couldn’t even clearly see the compass in my hand.
According to information, there is a coco bloom ( Coccolithophore) starting in the hood canal. A natural phenomenon where tiny phytoplankton turn the water a milky white. Learnt something new today.

Dive report for 6/29/26

- A clear 15 feet, 15-20 feet in the shallows (high tide)
All the usual friends were here. One octo in a den, three large groupings of squid eggs. Main pipeline is covered in foliage, but lots of life. Saw 5 🌻 seastars, all SUPER HEALTHY!!
