- A hazy 15 feet (high tide)
An excellent dive on a private beach on the north side of Orcas Island accessible by the Tall Cedars VRBO in the Raccoon Point neighborhood or by boat. Kelp forest in the shallows both directions from the beach. A large pinnacle starts at 60ft with an unknown bottom. Beautiful rocky reef all around. Many large lingcodโs with eggs and urchins. Octopus dens visible scattered around.
Which direction is the the pinnacle? I didn't see one when I look at the depth chart.
If staying at the house the entry has a switch back trail which is about 200ft. I walked down with doubles. It is flat and maintained by the neighbors.I reached the pinnacle by going straight out to 60ft and turning right and swimming for about 5min. The beach drops off quickly.
Cool, I do see a little blip out there to the right at 60!

How hard is the entry? ๐คฉ Sounds awesome ๐๐คฟ๐๐ฅ๐ฃ๐๐ฆ๐๐๐ค
