kayaked out to this rock in the Port Orford Oregon area. Strong NW winds and 4-5 swell mostly blocked by the rock, so the dive itself was fairly mellow. Vis, as is often the case off the coast of OR, was challenging. Worked into deeper (90 feet) water to the southeast of the rock, and found some cool little gorgonians. Of course the usual Metridium, giant fish-eating anemones, black rockfish, lingcod, kelp greenlings. Mats of purpletipped anemones and tons of big fat ochre stars just below the tideline
