A grimy 10-15 feet, 5 feet in the shallows (high tide)
Nice dive on the wall. Terrible visibility from the surface down to 30ft (green slime…). Consistent 10-15ft vis and mild current at 130ft. Completely dark at depth. Many octopus changing color dramatically as we approached.
We had a consistent 8 ft of vis diving on the low slack of a minus tide. Not a bad tradeoff for shallower depths on the wall. 49-51F.
Northern Ronquil and a Blackbelly Eelpout at depth. In the eelgrass, male Tubesnout sported wild colors as they went about their mating season business.
