Skyline / Burrows Passage is a ⭐ highly recommended (check conditions) southeast-facing shore dive in the San Juan Islands (Anacortes). At least half a dozen large sunflower stars, largest measuring 20". Also saw a large sailfin sculpin.

Incredible. Wolf eel in the open, GPO, zoanthids, and massive lings and Buffalo. Surfaced to a bald eagle overhead.
